  • **Personal Data:** Name, University Email, and optional WhatsApp number (for urgent communication).
  • **Order Data:** Word count, service tier selected, turnaround time, and payment status.
  • **Academic Documents:** The dissertation/essay file you upload for editing or review.
  • **Usage Data:** Information on how you use our site (e.g., pages visited, time spent) collected via cookies for service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for service delivery and quality assurance:

  • To fulfill your editing or coaching order and deliver the final document.
  • To communicate with you about your order status and clarify instructions.
  • To ensure the editor matched to your order has the correct subject background.
  • For internal record-keeping, billing, and accounting purposes.

3. Confidentiality and Security

We understand the sensitive nature of your academic work. Confidentiality is non-negotiable.

  • **Document Handling:** Your files are only shared with the assigned editor and the final quality assurance reviewer.
  • **Data Security:** We use secure, encrypted servers (Firebase/Firestore) to store your data and documents.
  • **Retention:** Academic documents are deleted from our servers 60 days after order completion unless a longer period is requested by the client for re-editing purposes.
  • **Legal Compliance:** We are fully compliant with UK GDPR regulations.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We **do not** sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information or academic documents to external third parties, except as necessary to:

  • Process secure payment transactions (via a payment gateway).
  • Comply with the law or a legal process.
